A lamborghini in a distillery...

Here's a quick vid I took on Wednesday with my Flip cam as Scott Maitland gave us a tour of the new distillery he is about to open. I started filming when he was talking about some of his equipment, and why his distillery will be able to produce a product of the caliber only a few distilleries in the world can match. I can't wait to try some "Topo" (short for Top of the Hill) vodka and gin. Scott is waiting on his permit, and he'll be shipping bottles three weeks later. Stay tuned...
